All transactions on the doni 88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from a bKash wallet, Nagad account, or bank account not belonging to you — are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different bKash number or bank account than the one used to fund your account.
- Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
- doni 88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1 business day. Larger withdrawals or those flagged for additional verification may take longer. doni 88 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- doni 88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
- In cases where doni 88 suspects fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, it reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified via email and may be asked to cooperate with the review.
Bonuses & Promotions
doni 88 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotions — including those timed around Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other events relevant to Bangladeshi players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply to all promotional activity on doni 88.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game type restrictions, or account tier requirements.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be opted into — they are not automatically credited. Check the specific promotion page for opt-in instructions.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

Bonus Abuse
doni 88 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using bonus funds to place low-risk hedging bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to meet bonus terms artificially. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided, associated winnings removed, and may be subject to permanent account closure.
Betting Rules & Game Conduct
All betting and gaming activity on doni 88 — including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot sessions, and fishing game rounds — is governed by the rules of the individual game or market in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly provide otherwise.
Sports Betting
- Bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available sports are subject to the specific market rules published on each event page.
- doni 88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the event has started where the platform's live feed has experienced a delay and the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted.
- In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other event cancellation, doni 88's settlement rules — published on the relevant market page — shall apply. Typically, stakes on void markets are returned.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement. Bets exceeding maximum limits may be reduced to the permitted maximum without notice.
Casino Games and Slots
- Casino games, including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and dragon tiger powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers, are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, doni 88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Incomplete rounds cannot be settled in the player's favour based on a partial state.

Errors and Malfunctions

However, in the event of a manifest error — including an incorrect price, incorrectly displayed odds, or a system fault that causes a game to behave in an unintended manner — doni 88 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds affected by the error and to correct the account balance accordingly. Players who knowingly exploit an error to gain an unfair advantage will have their winnings voided and may face account suspension.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the doni 88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.
- Opening more than one account on doni 88, whether under the same or a different name, in order to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or conceal prior bans.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with doni 88 games, betting markets, or the platform interface.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants, coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate live casino game outcomes, or team play in competitive game formats.
- Attempting to launder money or use the doni 88 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.

- Accessing or attempting to access another user's doni 88 account without their explicit consent.

Account Suspension & Closure
Both doni 88 and the account holder have the right to initiate account closure. The conditions and consequences differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the player or by doni 88.
Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your doni 88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your available balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily by the player are eligible for reopening subject to standard verification. Suspension or Closure by doni 88
doni 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity involving the account.
- Existence of a duplicate account in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
- A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
Where an account is closed by doni 88 due to a breach of these Terms, the account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. doni 88 will notify the account holder by email where possible, though it is not obligated to provide advance notice of a suspension or closure in all cases.
Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal responsible gaming tool distinct from standard account closure. A self-excluded player's account is closed for a defined minimum period (ranging from 6 months to permanent) and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has elapsed. Limitation of Liability

Platform Availability

User Responsibility
